Location: Shepherd University - Student Center, 210 N King St, Shepherdstown, WV 25443
Format: 5 SS, G/60 d10 (5-round Swiss; Game in 60 minutes with a 10 second delay per move.)
Registration: Saturday 10:00 -10:30
Rounds: Saturday 11-2:40-6, Sunday 1:30-4:20
Entry Fee: $20 by 9/30, $30 by 10/30, $40 afterwards. GM/IM/WGM free, Shepherd University students free.
Prizes: ($400 guaranteed.) $170-$120-$70. Top U1200: $40 
Grand Prix Points: (10) 8 - 1st. 2 - 2nd.
Entries: Online at kingregistration or cash onsite.
Byes: Can request  a 1/2-point bye on registration, or in-person, must commit before round 4. 

Notice: Limited number of chess sets and clocks at site. Possible promotional photography will be taken for the Shepherdstown Chess Club. At the tournament director’s discretion, player section pairing, the number of sections, and/or section rating ranges may be modified on the day of the event. 

SHEPHERD STUDENTS: Please email or show up early on day for free entry. Emails should come from rams.shepherd.edu with full name and USCF ID. If you don’t have a USCF ID, the club has funds to purchase those for you.
