Sections: Open, Under 900 (This section includes Unrated Players)

Registration Fee: $10

9:15: Round 1

10:45: Round 2

1:00: Round 3

2:30: Round 4

3:55: Awards

Awards: Cash prizes given to top 2 places in all sections with total prize pool of $310 (relative to 40 entries):

Open: $100, $30

U900: $60, $30

***New players to the US Chess Federation or those whose memberships have expired, log into Join US Chess | US Chess.org, and create/renew your ID.

 

• Please confirm your child's name is on the entry list.  They are not registered unless they are on the entry list. (Contact us if there was a problem)
• If possible, please bring your own chess sets and clocks
• Food is not provided so it is recommended to eat nearby, bring a sack lunch, or get snacks and drinks from vending machines within the building.
• Free WiFi is in the building
• There is no elimination; all players will play all four rounds (Unless a bye is requested)
• If you are in the U900 section and want to be moved up to the open section, please contact us.
• If you are unable to pay the fee, please contact us to work out a suitable arrangement
