Round 1: 12:00
Lunch: 1:00-1:30 Pizza Hut delivered! Variety of slices and/or pies available for purchase.
Round 2: 1:30 Rounds 3 & 4 asap
Sections*: Grades K-1, 2-3, 4-5, 6-8, 9-12
Prizes: Awards to top 5 winners in each section. You must win or draw at least one game to receive a trophy/award. Tiebreakers: Solkoff, Modified Median, Sonneborn--Berger, Performance of Opposition and Average Opposition. Lucky Square Drawings, gift certificates, treasure coins, surprises. Giveaways and chess ribbons for all!

Equipment: Boards, sets, and notation sheets provided. Please bring your own clock if possible.
Knight's Tour: "The gauntlet, 'tis thrown again..." High scores win. Joust-Offs decide ties. Special awards to top 5 chevaliers.
Chess Arts: New Contest! Theme: The Blue Knight It's an adventure. A mystery. A legend of yore. A tale, a painting, a sketch, a poem, a costume, a variation, an app, a sword. A coat-of-arms. It's your original creation. Your imagination. A new chess dimension. Writing: 500 words max, please type. Paints, charcoal, legos, etc., your choice. No computer downloads. Bring your creation to the tournament. Artistic Prizes will be awarded to top 5 Winners.
Entry Fee: $20 by 9/30, $25 after that through Saturday, 10/6, 8 PM. Entry Fee includes optional Knight's Tour and Chess Arts Contests. (Note: There is a $2 processing fee per online registration)
