Online Registration will remain open until Friday May 23rd, at 11:59 pm

$30   Online or on site Registration will be open on Saturday, May 24th  from 8:15-8:45 am, cash or Venmo/PayPal
Participants who arrive or register late are subject to not being paired for Round 1 or may start the round with reduced time

Section Information:
Casual: This is open to anyone and will not be rated (so you can do not have to put your rating on the line or renew your membership)
Rated:  This will be US Chess Rated, make sure your membership is current or you will be placed in the casual section


**Depending on entrants, there may be an additional section created, or class prizes awarded.

As a reminder, if you are playing in the Casual Section, you do not need to go through this. 
Step 1 is creating your User Profile (a member ID will be generated upon profile creation)
Step 2 is joining US Chess (you will use your profile/Member ID to pay for a US Chess Membership)

What section should I play in?

Can I play in the Causal section even though I have a US Chess Rating?  Yes!  Absolutely!
Even if I am a high rated player, I can still play in the Casual section?  Yes!  Absolutely!


Byes: You may request up to 2 half point byes, additional byes will be zero point byes. 
Byes requested after Round 2 will be zero point byes

Sets will be provided. Bring a clock if you have one, and a writing utensil. Notation provided, or use your own.
