This is eligible to individuals aged 50 and above as of 10/26/2025.  The 2025 MSCA Senior Championship is in collaboration with the Chess Castle and Nicollet Knights Chess

The MSCA Senior Champion will be selected as the MN representative for the Irwin National Tournament of Senior Champions, and a stipend will be provided by the MSCA

 

 

Important Information

  • Limit of two half point byes
  • All half point bye requests must be requested before the start of Round 2
  • Half point byes cannot be rescinded after the start of Round 2
  • Sets will be provided, clocks are also available
  • Unrated USCF players must disclose their FIDE rating if they have one
