Maze Books & Rockford Chess brings you a blitz tournament at the last Wednesday of every month!
Eligibility: All ages / all levels
Location: Maze Books 406 E State St. Rockford, Illinois 61104
Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place.
Format: 5 rounds, no eliminations
Time Control: 5 minutes per player, per game. If your clock hits zero, you lose the round!
Entry: $5 in person / $8 online. Accepting entries until July, 29th at 5:20pm. Register anytime online or in person.
No refunds can be given if cancellation happens day of the event.
Player max: 16 players
Equipment is Provided!
Schedule: Check-in is from 5:00pm - 5:20pm: round one starts at 5:30pm. Rest ASAP
Spots are first come first served!
*If there's an uneven number of players, the odd player out will get a full point bye for the round*
