2027 Kentucky Chess Association Quad C Regional Championship 

Date:  January 23rd, 2026

Start Time:  First Round starts at 9:00 am...player's meeting 8:45...doors open at 8:00

Location:  1251 Beaumont Centre Ln, Lexington, KY 40513

Rounds:  5

Round Time:  Game 30 (30 minutes given to each player to make all of his/her moves)  

Sections:  K-3 (kindergarten through 3rd grade)

                 K-5 (4th and 5th graders)

                 K-8 (6th-8th graders)

                 K-12 (9th-12th graders)

 

Trophies:  1st-6th place individual trophies awarded in each section

                 Top 4 teams awarded team trophies in each section!

Top four teams in each section qualify for the state team championship March 13th
