4 rounds.  G/90, d5. One game at 7PM each Tue Night.  One bye, 1/2 point, available if requested before the beginning of round 2.  No last round byes other than zero point byes.

All players are subject to being electronically "wanded" (scanned) in order to help prevent cheating)

Early EF by Dec. 3rd: $55.  Then it increases to $65! MEMBERS USE YOUR DISCOUNT COUPONS! 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you cancel and request a refund $15 will be deducted for processing fees, OR you may use the entire amount as a credit for a future tournament entry fee. NO REFUNDS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ROUND 1 but you may use the entire amount as credit toward a future entry fee.

Location: THE HOUSTON CHESS STUDIO, 250 Patton St. Suite H, Houston, TX 77009. Houston's only brick and mortar chess club.  Centrally located and easy to get to just 2 blocks off I-45 and just inside N. Loop 610.  Three restaurants are located in the same shopping strip as The Studio: The Red Hot Noodle (Asian), Subway, Patron Pizza.  Several others, Tex-Mex and burgers are within walking distance. Always plenty of FREE PARKING.
