Camp Activities:
Monday - Wednesday -- Chess Instruction with a FIDE Master, International Master (IM), and multiple Expert Level Instructors
Beginners: will learn how to play the game and how to start a strong chess game & basic checkmates.
Art activities, puzzles, giant chess, and playground breaks will keep the learning fresh & fun!
Intermediate / Advanced: will learn Skill Drills, Advanced Checkmate Patterns, Tactical Training, Opening Theory, Endgame Drills
& how to perform post-Game Analysis
Thursday -- Field Trip to the St. Louis Chess Center & US Chess Hall of Fame
Friday -- (the last day of camp) is a Puzzle & Chess Rated TOURNAMENT !! Campers automatically enrolled in the tournament.
