Coachella Chess Club's October Rated Tournament will be held on Thursday, October 8th!  LIMITED TO 16 TOTAL ENTRANTS. Clocks start at 4:15pm  (*note that higher of Blitz/Quick Ratings may be used for pairing purposes at TD discretion)

3 or 4 Round G/12;D0 USCF Rated Tournament.  Tournament format and number of rounds (Swiss, Quads or a combination of Swiss section and Quads) TBD and will be based on number of entries.  -see our website (News & Updates page) for how tournaments and prizes are structured (link below).  

$20 entry fee if received by October 2nd.  ($25 entry fee after October 2nd) with approximately 75% of paid entries returned as prizes.  Deadline to enter is Wednesday, Ocotober 7th or when we reach capacity. Whichever comes first.   No on-site or day-of entries will be allowed.          Prizes will be awarded via Zelle or Paypal after the conclusion of the event.  TD may assign higher of Blitz or Quick rating for pairings.
